To deliver these services, we collect and manage personal information about individuals ("Users" or "you"). By accessing our website or submitting information through our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy. Where the information is sensitive, we will obtain your express consent as set out below. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our services.

- Usage Data: Information collected automatically, such as pages visited or browser details.
- Cookies: Small files placed on your device to support and improve your browsing experience.
- Organization: BENIFITY INC., which determines the purposes for which your personal information is collected and used.
- Service Provider: A trusted third party that processes personal information on our behalf (for example, Google Workspace or Airtable).

Information We Collect
We may collect the following personal information:
- Contact information: email, phone number, mailing address.
- Birth details: date of birth, time, and location (for Human Design readings).
- Session-related information: details you share during coaching, hypnosis, or Human Design sessions.
- Technical data: cookies, IP address, device information, and website usage patterns.
Sensitive information. Some services involve sensitive personal information, such as health information, life events, or psychological or emotional themes (for example, during hypnosis or coaching sessions, or when you request a Human Design birth-time estimation). We collect this information only with your express consent and only to the extent reasonably needed to provide the service you have requested.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
We use AI tools to support parts of our work:
- Claude (Anthropic) — assists us with creating documents and, for Human Design clients who do not know their exact birth time, with birth-time rectification (estimation).
- Google Gemini (Google) — assists us with creating documents and social media content.
- Descript (Descript, Inc.) — used to record the Human Design readings we send to you, and to enhance the audio quality of client recordings.
- Suno — used to create music.
AI and your personal information. Two of our AI uses involve your personal information: Human Design birth-time rectification (Claude), and audio recording and enhancement (Descript).
Birth-time rectification (Claude). For that use:
- What we input: birth date, birth location, an estimated birth-time range, and general life-event or life-theme information.
- No identifiers: we do not enter your real name or other identifying details. We use placeholder ("fake") names to protect your identity.
- Minimum necessary: only the least information needed for the estimation is shared.
- Support only: AI outputs are estimates that support — and never replace — professional judgment and your own intuition.
- Deletion: we do not retain the information used for birth-time rectification. It is deleted within three (3) weeks of you sending it — the same window that applies to all your intake answers (see Retention below).
- Provider settings: where a provider offers it, we use account settings intended to limit data retention and to exclude your inputs from being used to train the provider's AI models. Each provider's own privacy terms also apply to information they process.
- Cross-border processing: these AI providers may process information on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States. Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of those countries.
- Your choice: you may decline the use of AI in your reading at any time by contacting us at rebecca@rebeccaklepic.ca.
Audio recording and enhancement (Descript). We use Descript to record the Human Design readings we send to you, and to enhance the audio of client session recordings. For that use:
- What we input: the audio recording of your reading or session, which includes your voice and what is discussed. This may include sensitive personal information.
- Purpose: to produce and clean up the recording you receive — not to make any decision about you.
- Retention: recordings follow the timeline in the Retention section below — available to download for six (6) weeks, then removed.
- Provider settings: where Descript offers it, we use account settings intended to limit data retention and to exclude your content from being used to train its AI models. Descript's own privacy terms also apply to the audio it processes.
- Cross-border processing: Descript is a U.S.-based service and may process or store audio on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.
Our other AI uses (documents, social media content, and music) do not involve inputting your personal information.
AI Coaching. AI Coaching is an educational service — we teach you how to use AI tools to save time in your own work. We do not input your personal information as part of AI Coaching. When you use AI tools yourself, you are responsible for what you enter, and we advise you not to input personal, sensitive, or confidential information you would not want shared online.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide Human Design readings, coaching, hypnosis, and AI & systems coaching services.
- Communicate with you about appointments and service updates.
- Analyze usage patterns to improve our website and services.
- Maintain security and meet our legal obligations.
We collect, use, and disclose personal information only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Data Storage & Security
We make reasonable security arrangements to protect your personal information against risks such as unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or loss:
- Google Workspace: used for secure storage and document management of client and Human Design information. This data is likely stored on servers in the United States. Google applies encryption and security controls, but information processed outside Canada may be subject to U.S. law.
- Airtable and similar tools: used for client management; these providers may also store data outside Canada.
- Security measures: encryption, access controls, firewalls, and ongoing monitoring.
While no system is completely secure, we follow reasonable industry practices to reduce risk.
Retention of Personal Information
We keep your personal information only for as long as we reasonably require it for the legal or business purposes for which it was collected. Within a reasonable time after we no longer need it, we will either securely destroy the records or render the information non-identifying. Where personal information has been used to make a decision that directly affects you, we retain it for at least the minimum period required by law so that you have a reasonable opportunity to access it.
Human Design readings — when your data is deleted
- Intake answers. Your intake answers — birth details, life events, and anything in the optional sections — are deleted within three (3) weeks of you sending them. This includes any birth details, birth-time range, and life-event information used for AI birth-time rectification, which is never kept beyond that window.
- Session recording. Your session recording stays yours to download for six (6) weeks, then it is removed.
- Human Design chart. Your Human Design chart is deleted six (6) weeks after your reading — unless you are continuing with Rebecca and ask us to keep it on file, so you can pick up where you left off.
Data Breaches
If a breach of security safeguards occurs involving your personal information:
- Where a reasonable person would consider that the breach creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta (OIPC) without unreasonable delay, as required by PIPA.
- We will notify affected individuals where the Commissioner requires it, or sooner where we consider it appropriate to do so.
- We will take prompt steps to contain, investigate, and reduce the risk of future incidents, and we keep records of breaches as required by law.
Third-Party Services We Use

Use of Services by Minors
Our services are intended for clients aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we have collected a minor's personal information without the required consent, we will delete it. (Alberta law recognizes that a "mature minor" who understands the nature and consequences of a decision may exercise certain rights on their own behalf.)

We may update this Policy as our practices or the law change. Material changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly. The "Last Updated" date above shows when this Policy was last revised. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
