Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

To support Human Design clients who do not know their exact birth time, we may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT Business Tier (OpenAI).

• What We Collect for AI Analysis: Birth date, birth location, estimated birth time range, major life events, and general psychological/life theme information.

• No Real Names Used: We do not input your real name or identifying details into AI tools. We use “fake names” to protect your identity.

• How We Use AI: AI is used only as a supportive tool to estimate possible birth times. It does not replace professional judgment.

• Safeguards:

  • Only the minimum necessary data is shared.

  • No personal identifiers are submitted.

  • Data is not stored, sold, or used for marketing by AI providers.

• Cross-Border Processing: AI tools may process information on servers located outside Canada, including the U.S. While we use the Business Tier of ChatGPT, which provides higher security and privacy safeguards, information processed outside Canada may be subject to foreign laws.

• Airtable & Other Tools: Used for client management. These providers also may store data outside Canada.

• You will be notified within 3 days if your personal information is affected.

• If there is a real risk of significant harm, we will also notify the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta (OIPC) as required by law.
